1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Underisland – Mining Adventure (“the Game”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Game.

3. License to Use

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The Game offers optional in-app purchases, including consumables, non-consumables, and an auto-renewable subscription.

Auto-Renewable Subscription

The subscription is billed weekly.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

No Ads Purchase

Purchasing No Ads removes ads displayed during gameplay.

All payments and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The Game may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners. These partners may use technologies such as advertising identifiers or similar methods to deliver, personalize, and measure advertisements.

The Game may also integrate third-party SDKs or services for analytics, advertising, or other functionality. The developer does not control and is not responsible for the operation or content of third-party services.

6. Online Features

The Game may include online features such as Game Center authentication or cloud save functionality. These features require an internet connection and may not be available at all times.

You agree not to misuse the Game, attempt to exploit or modify it, interfere with advertising systems, or use the Game in any unlawful manner.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game or third-party services.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
